We want you to be completely satisfied with your Adanola pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return period for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, socks and water bottles are non-returnable unless faulty.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place your items back into their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags remain attached and the garments are free from any marks or scents.

• 3.
  Generate Shipping Label

  Select your preferred return carrier through the portal to download your prepaid shipping label or generate a QR code for paperless drop-off.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package over to the designated courier point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed, typically within 10 business days.
